Correctly. When not done correctly, it sounds like something designed to sell records. How does this not just sound like a more professionally done, "Friday" by Rebecca black? There's a reason people listen to good music. They listened to shit like this in fifth grade and they grew out of it

You guys arent exactly making A point when you say they haven't sold out, that they're just trying to have fun and enjoy success. I have no doubt that's what they're doing. I said these things because I loved weezer when they were putting their souls into their music and it actually felt like it. I'm sorry, but writing sings about living in Beverly hills and loving porn stars or strippers or whatever just isn't as artistically appealing as their earlier stuff. And yes, music is an Art when done
