i found the original site where this video is placed, via googling natto. ok, youtube says this vid is unlisted, so only people with the website link can see it. need to make sure it is visible to all youtube perhaps. I want to try some locally made natto. but need it in Portland!

The taste is difficult to describe- you'll have to try it for yourself! Adding mustard, a little mustard, green onions, and eating it over (or under) an egg (sunnyside up) on a piece of toasted bread is a nice way to eat it. It might be a bit unusual at first for the uninitiated, but now I get cravings for the stuff!
