Encouragement in Economic Hardship

The Wall Street Journal wrote: "The U.S. government spends while it can"; and that "federal outlays will reach $3.72 trillion in 2010." USA Today said that our planned deficit for 2010 of almost $1.6 trillion is "a recipe for financial disaster." The A.P. reported that the "number of newly laid-off workers filing initial claims for jobless benefits rose unexpectedly" by the end of January. CNN Money revealed that "Social Security will be $28 billion in the hole" in 2010. But even though the U.S. economic outlook is devastating, we would like to give you hope and encouragement on this program.

You're pointing the finger at God because He won't show up the way you want Him to. God doesn't answer to you or me. You're the one who has to face Him when you die. You can tell Him then you don't believe He exists. I'll take my chances in believing in Him.

His story is written down - 24,000+ manuscripts proving He existed compared to 2nd best preserved work at 643 (Iliad). Social Security was started in 1935, it became a compulsery retirement plan for Americans. But the the politicians tapped it for paying for political promises that they make to get elected. This has went on for years. This is how the government of men do things. Under God's soon coming government this will not happen. God demands truth and honesty, there will be no place for politicians anymore. The government will be in the hands of spirit beings,who will lead under the soon coming CHRIST.

Relying on God is such a foreign concept in this day and age. The Bible is testimony to obedience and protection. May more people heed the wise words contained therein and start living a life following God.

We are definitely sailing through hard times, and the social security problems don't help. But the only way to fix this crisis is to wait and pray for the Kingdom of God.
