Another of Mike Stark's little chats with Rush LImbaugh

I would have liked to stayed on point and ferreted out an answer to my primary question, but, alas, it's not my show. Maybe someone watching this video can help: with the Bush tax cuts, how could it possibly be that the economy is as bad as it has been in generations? I thought the Bush tax cuts would free up the American producers' ability to create jobs... Why haven't the cuts been the economic engine Rush said they would be?? Why?
