    Splitting changes with inspiration\expiration unless its fixed .

  • please put a graphical representation of the sound which are marked

  • @athanu123 use the bell. If the sound disappears when you use the diaphragm, then you have an s3.

  • the quality is poor, i am having hard time hearing it ;-(

  • This is how you disthinghuish them:

    The S2 split is best heard with the DIAPHRAGM SIDE of the stethoscope, and the S3 is best heard with the BELL SIDE of the stethoscope and in the apex of the heart...
