Splitting changes with inspiration\expiration unless its fixed .

@athanu123 use the bell. If the sound disappears when you use the diaphragm, then you have an s3.

This is how you disthinghuish them:
The S2 split is best heard with the DIAPHRAGM SIDE of the stethoscope, and the S3 is best heard with the BELL SIDE of the stethoscope and in the apex of the heart...
