Does Paul smile at all?

My guess is you practice tae kwon do am I right? I don`t want to criticise or anything, I found that when I practised tae kwon do I got more flexible, I can do almost split etc. but in kung fu, we have alot of low stances where you then very fast snap your leg to make a kick or get in to very low flexible walking steps, and my guess is that it causes to shorten the muscle again so improvement is less fast....some help on this issue?

I find that when I had better flexibility my legs looks so much better..Diabetes sucks..im in pretty good shape though but my damn hamstrings are tight as hell...

hi paul. Ive been trying to stretch my hamstrings out for a long time and the progress im making is very poor... does it take a long time usually? any advice?
