Pilot Cutter Amelie Rose Maiden voyage

When we launched our tradtionally built Pilot Cutter AMELIE ROSE there was a guy called Steve Morris on board making a documentary about our boat-builder Luke Powell and the Scillonian Pilot Cutters. truly a fantastic cutter, is she a little overpressed? i ask that because you needed a rope round the tiller to keep her steady whilst close-hauled, maybe a helm would be better rather than tiller steering?
