Safety is key when felling trees. Properly outfit yourself with (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment. Tim Ard, tree cutting consultant for The Progressive Farmer, shows you the items you need before heading out to the woods.

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration requires PPE be worn by any employee who uses a chainsaw and we believe homeowners who use a chainsaw should do the same. Wearing protective clothing can reduce the severity and number of chainsaw accidents. Visit us today at www.progressivefarmer.com.
