Was played by the All American Rejects on their self titled 2002 album, Swing Swing will help you get proficient with the G -- C -- D -- Em shapes and chord changes that make up a big chunk of rock music. In this title, iVideosongs instructor Steve Rieck shows you how this song's simple rhythm guitar sequence, open chords, eighth note strumming patterns and harmonized solo add up to a major key rock hit. The medium tempo song, which can be played on either an acoustic or electric guitar, is ideal for players at the beginner to intermediate level. This is a sample of a 16 minute video available for download at iVideosongs.com.

  • nice nails :)))))))))))))

  • Thanks lots! :D Imma learn it now. XP

  • The reason why is the tutorial is good because his guitar has a light color furnish so u can see the cords clearly . . Good Tutorial , I've learn it fast just 1 minute.. ^^

  • @A7XRAY Watch video of this song live. It appears Nick plays the whole song with open chords you see in the video besides the solo of course.

  • @AARocKings No this is exactly right.

  • How can you guys not figure that out. Those 4 chords are basically the entire song.

  • @ninadroz2010 just like the song

  • whats the third chord?

  • Power Chords sound a lot better for this song with the exception being the intro. And Power chord are the main chords used in rock and open chords are not harder than power chords, they are equally as easy and are not bad ass at all. They are mainly for mellow sounds.
