Think this is from a show called 'The Roxy' made by Tyne Tees Television. Basically ITV's very shortlived answer to 'Top of the Pops'.

@astrolabe1976 In the '80s, New Order was the only band that played live on TOTP. I never understood why other bands didn't play live.

Having won a Victoria Cross for his valour fighting the Zulus In South Africa Private 'Hooky' took to the guitar. However after many years of playing his bass guitar ridiculously low his back wore out :)
