2008 X18 Midbike Without a Muffler

This is a video of my 4 speed manual, X18 midbike without a muffler.I didnt ride it for that long without a muffler because I didnt want to mess up my engine.I just wanted to see how loud it was without a muffler.The current mods on the bike are: an aftermarket air filter, NGK Spark Plug, Light up plug boot, Chrome tappet covers, Suzuki stickers, GSXR stickers, custom painted parts, And much more to come including my TB(Trail Bikes) CDI, My 114cc BBK, My BVH, My 24mm mikuni Carb, And much more.

Yeah the neighbors were used to it since I have a loud X1 pocketbike and theres a guy down the block that has A harley with no exhaust and that like cover your ear loud but this video barley does any justice When I started it and reved it I almost covered my ears and Im used to loud things

I would highly recommend looking at this forum, I am a member of it and have learned lots its called midbikenation . com its a forum for bikes like the X18 and it is great. The members there will help you out with just about anything you need help with. Hope this helps.

@digitalsickness4 , on these bikes the transmission is inside the engine along with the gears and internals of course. It is better to just buy a new engine because if your bike jumps or skips gears it will be hard to fix because if you do not know how to take the engine apart and replace parts on the engine you will cause yourself a headache and do more harm than good. Besides a stock 110cc engine is not that much if you want to buy it new. Hope this helps.

Sounds like it sure is without muffler BUT with exhaust, so it won't hurt it a bit. You can run with only pipe for as long as you like and it won't be anymore harmful than with muffler. As long as the pipe is sufficiently long. No exhaust does hurt the engine.

Thats BS. What does a 4-stroke engine need back pressure for?

that will mess up your engine or will make the engine have a shorter life span because the motor needs back pressure because it makes the engine work harder if u don't ... just to let u know because i screwed up my engine doing the same
