@DJMAXXBASS Lol, im experienced enough to do backhand shots in any direction from any stance. However, you will never generate as much power with your left foot forward as you would with your right......In a training situation like this you should always force yourself to measure your paces and hit the ball whit your right foot in front. Most of the times when a player has to shoot left foot forward its a consequence of bad footwork, not a lack of time or space.

@tommyk1214 If you are a little bit more experienced in doing the backhandshot you can do it with both feet.
So when you end up you're solo or something with left foot you can shoot as well, so you do not have to walk further and decreasing the chance of scoring

@lovesport13 not that much in a match, more in a training, because in you dont always have the ball in your stick in a match, in trainings you mostly do.
