@QCAssociates The cartomisers taste fine. I'm having issues with flooding in my carto tanks that seems to get worse with the reused cartos but I'm having so much trouble with the new ones flooding I'm not sure it's related to cleaning.

Did this once, let dry overnight and they were soaking wet. So won't the water inside dilute the ejuice I put in?

You tell 'em Dave! I've gotten pm's from folks saying that air drying doesn't work for them, I guess they live where it's really humid. So yeah, I've used the spin them in a sock or hit them with a hair dryer, and that does seem to work. But here, sure thing, I can set them in the sun for a little while and they'll be bone dry.
