Tennis Lesson: Forehand off a High Ball

http://www.hi10spro.blogspot.com presents a side view of someone hitting a high bouncing ball. she was continuing to work on covering the ball, coming over and through, to add more spin on the shot. We want the racquet as parallel as possible then come over the ball--covering the ball imparting the spin. this is a really hard shot, but in lower levels of tennis, everyone dinks and moon balls so your students have to get used to hitting through this.

@ExtremeTurd hitting linear and flat on high ball really makes the ball go faster, hence the opponent rarely has the ability to return it. give it try, remember to hit it linear and flat at shoulder height.

@hi10spro read my post again. i said nothing negative about the way she's hitting. although, it does seem a bit naive to make such a broad generalisation as "girls hit flat and like it."
