I hope you keep it up! :) I got my dehydrator also some weeks ago and am perfecting a recipe for quinoa / goji cookies using quinoa flakes. I've also discovered that rather than eating the raw cacao nibs and honey (or agave nectar), if I mix them and dehydrate the small cacao/honey balls they're very crunchy ...
what a wonderful idea!! Yep Im have kept it up so far 8.5 months down now with 94lbs released! Thanks for the recipe and have fun with your dehydrator ;o) Blessings
You know that is exactly what i felt like on raw. Like you said ecstatic and empowered. That was a coupla years ago and I'm hankering as always to go back and do 100% again. :) Can't wait to start it. It think raw stops your body exhausting itself with highs and lows and giving energy to digesting it all that you have no lows and just feel great and as a result massively empowered all the time. :) sparkles. heheh yeh I felt like that about no guil.t. ehehehehehhahahah. so relate to your vid
I donna did you go back to 100% raw yet? Just wondering? Read your lovely comment as somehow missed it? Thanks for taking the time to write and share your experiences with raw, so enjoyed listening to how it worked for you.
We are 8.5 months down now and still loving it! Hope your feeling all empowered and if not you know the path, which you are so lucky to!! ;o)
4 ears of corn, shaved 1 cup flax meal 1 small onion, coarsely chopped dash cayenne, to taste 1 teaspoon sea salt Preparation: Pretty simple 1.Put all ingredients in food processor and process until pretty well mixed, no chunks. 2.Spread on dehydrator sheets. I usually make small-ish circles, but if Im lazy Ill just spread it all over. 3. Dehydrate for about 8-12 hours or until fully dry. No real need to flip them, but it cant hurt if youre impatient. 4. Break into pieces.
