Bullying Caught on Tape :: PART 2 :: It's Your Call with Lynn Doyle

A 13 year old boy was bullied and harassed by a group of other boys, ages 13-17, pushed, beaten, verbally abused, and eventually, hung on by his coat on a steel fence and left. The entire attack was videotaped on a cell phone and you can see people walking by, doing nothing to help the boy. Well...the police chief in Upper Darby has said enough is enough...and he arrested most of the assailants in school, had them handcuffed and paraded out of school for everyone to see to send a strong message. Lynn sits with the 13 year old victim and his parents to discuss the incident and how to stop bullying, like this case, from happening again.

Remember that this case involved a "group" of people, not just one person.

Also - Hey, maybe you got lucky!

Most bullies have really tough lives at home, so after taking these violent brats into custody - Teach them to be better.

One thing is for damn sure - Mom and Pop aren't pulling their weight in the parenting department.

Teach your kids to attack others - Lose your kids and be forced to dip (DEEP) into your paycheck to compensate the young victim. Easy as that.

Best thing to do when being bullied is to stand up to them and not take it. Sure u might get ur butt kicked, but the bully will see it as u being brave and leave u alone. I know I did it in high school with a guy who picked on me in jr high, once in hs I looked at him and said, what now, now im not a little kid do something. He looked at me as I pushed my shoulder into him and he said nah its cool. He became my friend after that.
