  • There may be life in the old bird yet !

Engineers are currently working on her and have recently installed one engine !!

Fingers crossed - any firm news would be welcomed

  • I hate the state of modern aviation. Airbus and Boeing, Airbus and Boeing. Makes me sick. I want to hearken unto the days of yore when planes with limited production runs would ply the skies and earn their masters a tidy profit. Planes that were unique and INTERESTING. If I see one more Airbus or Boeing fly over I think I'll puke. And why can't they bring back pistons engines?????

  • Trashed.

  • Sad, is the word! That these unique aircraft are left to get this way is a trrible shame! But sure you know that already!thanks for the posting.

  • that's a guppy not a super guppy

  • Hi, i'm near southampton, it doesnt looks liemk the guppy is going anywhere fast so where is the best place to see the guppy, (i'm not familair with hurn airport) i do remember we drove round the back where there was a airbus and some other aircraft and aircraft parts is this where the guppy is?

    thanks
