If you have IC, vulvodynia, prostate and rectal sensitivity, PFD or pudendal nerve entrapment, sitting can be agonizing. It's very hard to find a cushion that reduces pressure in the sensitive crotch area. ICN President Jill Osborne introduces the ICN's new line of Bladder and Prostate Friendly Chair Cushions.

  • Good point and I agree. Leather seats are just so much harder. When I was searching for a car, I fell in love with the drive and suspension of the volvos but the seats were wayyy too hard and inflexible for me. I did much better with my Buick Rendezvous which, the first time I test drove, I almost cried because it was the first car that hadn't hurt me in ten years.

  • Bruce,

Thank you SO MUCH!!! You just totally made my day. I'm always concerned that people might think I'm doing these to "sell stuff" and I'm not. I'm doing them because, as a support group leader, we've just learned over time the products which seem to help. I'm so glad that you found these helpful!

  • @lilcartan I'm so sorry that you saw this video as a commercial... what I was trying to do was show options and give ideas about different seats and, if you can't afford something, you could atleast see what it looks like to try to make it on your own. Sorry to offend.. and I too have to watch my money tightly!

  • Well you can drive foreign cars without leather seats too. They don't all have leather. I have an Accord with cloth seats and bought it specifically with cloth seats for the reason you mentioned. I can tell a difference from my last car, which had leather seats. It still hurts like crazy but it's not as bad.

  • Jill, I watched a few of your videos on YouTube - on behalf of a friend who says he has sufferered excruciating pain and discomfort for years. We've gained from your references. I just wanted to thank you for your such consummately sensible, humane help to so many others. Out of your own miseries you are producing guidance that is clear, relevant, down-to-earth, useful and good-hearted. You deserve personally, a hundred times over, all the relief that your explorations have achieved.
