Interesting a short selling - mortgage meltdown relationship? Doubtful talk about loose regulations and standards in mortgage lenders. I hope you aren't in the stock or you probably get pummeled thinking like that.

Why do they confuse Disclosure with getting a borrow?

Ackman really lays it on think in the defense of shorts. He makes some good points, but takes his arguements too far to be credible.
