Realistic including the dedication to Heath Ledger familiar to a doctor knowing our family who is from Ireland; not exactly 'The Joker" from Batman but could be.

Kind of what both the others said.
It means life can only really be lived if you "jump into the fire" and take risks. Pain or no pain, you still learn something in the end, and thats the valuable experience you gain that others who are "standing outside the fire" will never know.

basically that there are people who never take any risks and live their lives and we judge those who take those risks are idiots for risking it. but in life to truely enjoy it you must risk everything for that one something. i think?
-
I think it mostly means that in order to live your life, you need to risk being hurt.
Not necessarily physically, but emotionally. Mind you, in the original video, the boy was depicted taking physical risks also, so it's hard to say for sure.

Remind me of the Winchesters. Now that Heath is dead, there's no chance of a sequel.
