First of all hes half black and half white!!! And Obama has better plans by far than McCain, and McCain he agrees with 90% of what George Bush believes in and hes the reason we have a failed economic policy and TWO wars!!!! I usually vote republican but this time I voted democratic because the republican choice was just awful. I didn't vote for him because he is black but I'm guessing you Didn't vote for him based solely on that reason. Mccain was no Ronald Reagan.

Sadly, Obama won this election based on popularity. Not his proven experience that proved that he was a better candidate. And for your information, race doesn't matter to me. McCain was a better candidate. I'm a Marine, so I will almost always back a military man.

I certainly appreciated and respected him for his service as I do all men and women for their service but he did not impress me at all....in fact I found him scary and inept. That's just my opinion. Yes I think the whole Obama is going to make sure their are rainbows everyday and unicorns on the whitehouse lawn mentality is ridiculous...but I find him to be intelligent, classy and even tempered. I'm just hoping for the best.

All we can do is sit back and pray for the best for us all. I have been a huge McCain fan for a lot of years. Probably because I live in Arizona, and he has done so much to make this one of the greatest states to live in. But, the second we got Janet Napalitano for gov., life here went down. Just like how life in the US went down, the second the Dems took over congress.
