  • Thank you for this explanation. I have been doing this for years and the way you describe it makes it so much easier for others to understand how to achieve a peaceful state of mind.

I am subscribing to your chanel simply because your contribution to society should be widespread.

You are a gift. Thank you for coming forward.

  • Thank you Dawn, and spiritualityforyou, excellent !!!

  • Hmm... yes. Very good.

  • Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • I do this on a regular bases.

Its like I'm slowly turning into Mr.Spock.

Though I still have grouchy days every once in a while.

For me ,in many cases, it changed "Oh no why is this is happening to ME!" to "Something happened, what is it and what can I do about it?".

  • Great explanation of meditation and how it can change your reality without all the "hocus pocus" jargon and mysticism that tends to confuse. The idea of observing the observer is a great way to change our reality and the Double Slit experiment is a fine example of how observation can in fact change reality. Check out Dr Quantum Double Slit Experiment for a layman's explanation of how observation can make nature change its reality.

  • Very good video and explanation of what I would call meditation without all the "hocus pocus" jargon and mysticism. The idea of observing the observer is something that really change your reality. Not to go off the deep end, but the Double Slit experiment shows that this observation of something changing reality happens all throughout nature. Check out Dr Quantum- Double Slit Experiment

  • You are Great.. Thanks so much
