one positive thing to come out of this incident has been the renewed discussion of race issues in this country--and thankfully, it's not a one-sided debate this time. as for your video, i agree the rutgers women shouldn't let this get them down. as for the severance package, speaking as a white dude, i'd love that opportunity as well; i think that's more of something that people get for being wealthy than for being white. it can go both ways, though, race and class.
