Comparison between the original and alternate version of Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles original unaired pilot and original pilot. Any comments like 'which one is which' or 'i don't get it' will be deleted. The entire music soundtrack is different, also a different actor plays "Charlie" and it has a different ending. These alternate scenes are not on the official DVD release of Season One.

oh i am glad she didnt say that at the end of the dvd pilot. like in the non aired one. its gonna be a goddamn dog fight. so much better in the dvd one. its gonna be one hell of a dogfight. IT AINT EASY BEIN CHEESY!!! love the show though

I liked Tim Guinee on SG-1 and have seen him in other shows and movies. He tends to play conflicted, sensitive types. Looks like SCC decided on a completely different personality type for Charlie. It's Great to see this alternate version.

Having seen this prior to the premiere, I was sorely disappointed when the Terminator leitmotif was absent from the broadcast version. What is with everything in the franchise recently going out of its way to pretend the original theme never existed? Are studios just too cheap to pay royalties to Fiedel or something?

Does anyone else here thinks the other guy would have made a better Charlie? He has that serious look and pain in his eyes. The actor that got the part was brilliant though but he didn't have that look.

Yeah...I prefer the Charlie they went with.

Same goes for the scenes they used in the actual series.

I liked the alternate pilot, most cause Cameron is still in it, and Cameron is still player by Summer. I liked the alternative soundtrack, which is similar to the Terminator movies.

@EddieAngstrom I kind of like the unaired pilots music, although the actual composer Bear McCreary can go way beyond that with his version's of the music just has he proved to us when he composed for BSG, anyways WHERE'd ya get the the unaired stuff!?!?!? website?
