This research done by the research group of Amin Hammad at Concordia University (Mr. Hui Wang) aims to provide a tool for simulating collaborative construction activities on site using augmented reality techniques. In this example, a virtual crane is geo-referenced on the site. The crane stays at the same location when the user moves his head.
