Bono actually IS a douchebag. He yells and insults his audience members if they are recording him with a phone or texting during a concert, which wouldn't be so bad but he completely embarrasses the person and doesn't stop hounding them and he tries to hurt their feelings enough to get them to actually leave the concert or get the people around them to insult them (I've seen it happen twice in one concert!)
