Steel Panther Feel the Steel Promo

On Rocktober 6th Steel Panther will release Feel The Steel the culmination of a glam metal revival suited perfectly for 2009! Feel The Steel, produced by Jay Ruston, features Death To All But Metal and Community Property and will mark the major label debut from the spandex-clad quartet. The album will hit fans on September 29 via iTunes before finding its way to store shelves nationally on October 6.

Um...you do realize that the band is actually a joke, right? They are talented musicians but the concept of the group and the songs is satire. I fucking love this cd and had the chance to hang out with the guys a couple of weeks ago just outside of Philly. They are a great bunch of guys and put on an awesome show. It's full of humor and talent. hope you get the joke!

Dethklok and all that hardcore shit is all just a marketing strategy for lonely high school kids. Even the names are made for children. Slayer, Dethklok, Cannibal Corpse. That's a bigger joke than this band. These guys are like Spinal Tap but funnier and better musicians. Don't even pretend that Dethklok knows what they're doing.

@HeavyMetalNoize Wow for someone with a name that has heavy metal in it you should know the creator of Dethklok writes and arranges killer riffs and songs. He's also had a whole host of incredibly talented musicians in the band and on the show. He could also shred your dumb fucking face off.

And Slayer, Cannibal Corpse: don't forget those names were made up when the members were teenie-weenies themselves. It's just that some people will never grow out of the cheap laughs - just like this band shows.
