Hello Peter Briger - looks like either Fortress or HLS is withholding that mysteriously absent documenting proof that shows the loan from Fortress is canceled, as promised in your signed statement.

The financials don't support the claims made by you.

Until it's shown that Fortress has, indeed, canceled their plan of further funding to Huntingdon Life Sciences, the campaign against Huntingdon Life Sciences, and Fortress Investments, continues.

Huntingdon Life Sciences (HLS) is a company that kills 500 animals a day to test products. HLS has been caught out in 7 undercover investigations horribly abusing the animals in their care and falsifying safety test data for their customers.

Mr. Briger, activists would love to focus their attention elsewhere, and leave Fortress alone - please make this right.
