It's so true as a kid I camped and played in the woods and now I'm a dad and trying to teach and relearn all of this to my son
And thanks to Dave for re-inspiring me to teach my son and relearn all the woodsman ship I had as a boy
I know we say it a lot, but it comes from the heart and is true.. Thank you Dave for all you have done and given to all of us

Not everyone is military trained or grew up in the woods. With having the benefit of both it is scary to think about how little some people know about the basics of survival. Having watched your videos I had to say that you have done an EXCELLENT job even teaching me a thing or two . I am glad you reach so many people, you are helping a whole generation prepare for damn near anything by teaching practical skills, how to think outside the box and respect for the environment. Kudos to you sir.

@DEVOTED2NATURE We do for Scout Troops yes, we also allow youths at all Basic Classes with a parent or Guardian.
