What a trip !!! The same thing happened to me but when I jumped up out of bed I tripped over my shoes and fell into a bookshelf which then fell on me breaking some antique plates that I had placed on top. To make things worse, when I got up, I stepped on the broken plates and cut my foot. While I was in the bathroom dressing my wounds, another roach or maybe it was the same one, ran out from under me. By this time I was so pissed off I just smashed it with my hand.. Simple house wife...

@vallonia2000 They can absorb oxygen through their shells. Water is H2O, meaning 2 Hydrogen and 1 Oxygen atom. Unlike us, they seem to be able to break that hydrogen bond, making them able to breath even when immersed in water.

You are wrong about a couple of things. You cannot always eliminate the food supply. They can eat particle board and many kitchens are loaded with it. The second thing is water. They do not need a standing supply IF there is high humidity. The evil monsters suck it out of the air.

@poopplushado Unknown, honestly just get that can of Electronics cleaner or Mass Air Flow cleaner man... It is LITERALLY instant death for them with the smallest of squirts. I challenge anyone to try that you'll see. Maybe I'll start my own roach killing channel :)

1-cooking oil and water and spray...
2- baking soda and sugar??? vinegar,
3- alcohol and spray...
in the tap of them....
I was sleeping and they crawled into my back of the shirt. I literally screamed and jumped out of the bed... I am traumatized for a Life! (6th degree Black Belt and a special force instructor).
