Scott shoulda stayed there, but hindsight is 20/20.

Could be two things going on here. On one hand, it could be the dad's ghost warning them and another from the hospital causing things to happen. On the other, the ghost could have followed to warn them about what was about to happen. Time has no meaning outside this life, all major religions state that fact, plus with the death with Scott, that perspective could have focused even more.

maybe the ghost followed them home because it saw that they had an interesting future with disasters. funny how it would terrorize them and warn them.

I didn't watch the previous part of this episode, but it seems like the ghosts are actually helping them by warning instead of cursing them.

I have seen pretty much all the haunted episodes but this by far the bloody scared me the most

@TalesofGirl4ever well said, it was kinda stupid to hear that chick say " am not gonna leave mah house cus of some ghost" the family seemed to put "scott in the basement even when they knew it was bloody haunted maybe he took the energy thingy with him, i guess its the chick and her bf who are to blame, cus they decided to pursue ghost hunting as a hobby....
