P.S. I have uploaded another performance of this same song. It is more correct and a lot better if still far from perfect.

You play very well, post some more videos. Plus, you are very young yet, you will find out that with age, with the development of your brain and in turn all your skills, playing the piano comes much easier.

It's Love Story by Francis Lai. This performance here is bad though, the other video by the same name has the full version and performed right. Save for the mistakes... of course.
