Cyclone Iggy is currently steering away from the Australian Coast. This should spare the coastal areas from the high winds but heavy rains is still likely as the monsoonal belt continues to extend across N. Australia bringing flooding rains to the region.
The BOM is still has Gale Warnings in effect though from Mardie to Coral bay, these areas should prepare for the worst as the storm moves south along the coast. Any object outside could become a hazard if not properly secured. As always follow the warnings being put out by your local government and the BOM.
