  • Better yet now a days just like a retractor on a work badge you could setup a device that you simply push the button and it pulls the masks through the neckline, without having to switch leads you are pulling on..

  • each mask is attached to a lead under the clothing. the arm movements setup up these leads so they can pull the masks through collar or neck of the clothing hiding it in the body. THis way the don't even have to cover their faces they can simply turn the head. Moving itno the hat would have many other obsticles to overcome.

  • It's amazing how the performers in past years managed to keep the secret from everyone for so long. I wonder how they do it, but I'd never go looking for the answer. It'd ruin it. :)

  • That's got to be one of the most ignorant comments I've ever seen or heard about the FACE CHANGE illusion from Sichuan OPERA

  • This art is milinar and the secret of changing mask for sure will be guarded from the west.

  • i know the whole moving and prancing around are apart of show but there is to much of it between masks.

  • you are jealou because you cann't do this

  • she jumped before she switch faces

  • someone should definitely reinvent this art form. chinese mask changing needs more variety and better showmanship. in my opinion, it should be only used as an accent during stage magic.

  • oh n0z! There's no white tigers! You are *so* right: Flashy, vapid, Vegas show > 300 year old art form. When I see magic, I want "The Final Countdown" music playing in the background. Gotta go; my stunted attention span has been diverted to some guy who has locked himself in a globe of water. whee, shiny!
