Praying is like a rocking chair...it'll give you something to do, but it won't get you anywhere.

I believe she cries for those around her. We all should as human beings when we hear voices calling in despair. I can hear the voice of a sister crying in her words. We are all bound together as humans.
-
Time we think of ourselves as humans instead of Iranians, Americans, or Chinese. Though America is where I was born, I am human first and these men and women calling out from the rooftops are my brothers and sisters. I hear hope in these voices. I wish the people peace and an end to their suffering.

who sounds crazy?

Yeah she is probably crazy from grief. It seems that you have never experienced any hardship in your life. Be thankful that you don't live under oppression and/or in a war torn world and pray that you never do..

she sounds crazy.........
The poem and words of this women are heartbreaking and beautiful. And to those who say god doesn't exist..so what, if shouting to god at time helps Iranians to believe that it will get better than let them have it. To those shouting from the rooftops know that we are listening and when the light of freedom comes we will shout with you.
