Yamaha R6 2008

My small upgrade to Yamaha R6, brake & clutch levers replaced, carbon mushrooms fitted, stock muffler is replaced on a GP Akrapovic, golden discs, tail tidy, footpegs and etc.

hey mate, im trying to get a tidy tail for my R6, did you have any problems fitting the standerd blinkers to it?

@shari7manu well the insurance, I got with Carole Nash, was 670 pounds TPO, planning to do this year with MCE ,which will be now 388 TPFT and burn... for first time it will be quite expensive.

@elbowmjc yeh it will be pretty much the same up here in scotland. i do like the cbr but its way too common up these parts plus my mate has one. love the r6. surely after a bit of riding on it i should be jammin? Whats the insurance like on this? about £500 or so?

@shari7manu Thanks mate, this bike is pretty tough for a newbie, better will be hona cbr600 or gsxr 600, taxation classes in London are till 599 cc = 50 pounds, 600 and above 70 pounds, this is registered in documents as 599 cc, thus paying only 50 pounds. When you buy first one, take care on the roads , ride safe ;)
