My little brothers video of a bin dipper on a Birmingham peasant wagon that starts really misbehaving, but turns out to be really funny and a right character.

Apparently, when he first got on the bus he scared the shit out of a young lass and an old couple by being weird and abusive. Then he wouldn't shut up once he finally sat down, so my brother started filming him. When he finally settles down he turns out to be bloody hilarious and nuttier than a squirrel's turd.
