What you see is my DEMO of what the movements are for this workout:
it's 25 pullups, 135lbs. deadlift 50 reps, push ups 50, Dumbbell snatch 35lbs. 50 per arm, floor wipers 135lbs. 50, pullups 25 all done for time!!!!

  • Nice man, nice, im feeling this routine. I was doing a 300 workout last year and i incoperated a few of these exercises.

  • I go back to it like every 6 months or so. It gets the job done and it's quick most of all cause I don't have tons of free time to workout. I gotta get it and go
