10分鐘作早餐蛋餅


材料:
蛋2顆、麵粉、水、高麗菜絲、蔥花、鹽




做法:
1.麵粉與水調成稀糊狀,加入少許鹽調味,麵糊即完成。
2.平底鍋用少許油,鍋子不需要太熱,麵糊下鍋,鍋鏟把麵糊攤開,用小火煎到餅皮透明。
3.蔥花、高麗菜絲、蛋一起拌勻,把辦好的蔬菜與蛋,均勻的放到蛋餅上,蓋上鍋蓋用小火續煎2分鐘,再打開鍋蓋,蛋餅翻面續煎1分鐘即可起鍋,搭配醬油膏、沙拉醬一起享用­。
