Classic Game Room HD - SLOT RACERS for Atari 2600 review

Classic Game Room was the FIRST classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999. Returning in 2008 with new episodes, Classic Game Room breaks out a review of SLOT RACERS for the Atari 2600 video computer system VCS from 1978. This game was around when Star Wars was just an infant. This game was made when Dinosaurs still roamed the earth and our grandparents rode horses to the market to pick up snake oil for the Model T during the War of 1812.

Slot Racers is a game in a long line of great two-player games on the Atari like Combat, Air Sea Battle, Space War and Warlords. This is old-school, retro, vintage, arcade gaming at its finest.

There's a slot car place near where I live where they have an old school arcade and a HUGE slot car track. I don't know what's better playing ms. pacman with the option of speedup or not, or racing on a giant slot car track!

Dodge Em is another game for the Atari 2600 that is like this game except better gameplay and graphics.
