After listening to people and researching more, I understand about sitting back more. I still dont know if my form coming off the block is where it should be but def a differant feel sitting back more and rev. hypers and glut Ham raises are amazing... thanks for checkin it out.

  • i love wide chair squats ill work up to 505 x8 at my best right now i dont train like that anymore i may train like that once in a while but i been training like three days a week weights 1 or to three cardio so for me to train this way is like just so un like me not to meantions im useing a build up type training not going to fail on power movements and over 4 to 6 weeks i work up to a max then start over lower the weight tell you the truth i like it also speed those days
