Questo film mi colpi' molto all'epoca. Il remake di Minghella è certamente inferiore, qui gli attori sono eccelsi e la storia si dipana con meno difficoltà e maggior spirito di sintesi. Delon è all'apice della bellezza. Pero' non si fa accenno all'ambiguità sessuale di Ripley, unico elemento del rifacimento più intrigante...

I m reading the book and I love it! I have seen Minghella's film which was really good. I want to finish the book and watch plein soleil.

@nevanovna : Yes, actually it IS Mr. Ripley ! There's been a remake with Matt Damon and Jude Law... You should watch "Plein Soleil", it's awesome. =)
