Initial run through of the Hossmachine Automatic Tool Changer
Yes it is slow but this was with an old 24V power supply so the rapid speed suffered. This just demonstrated the capability.
Higher machine rapid speed would greatly reduce tool change times.

  • what software are you using?

  • The springs help hold the toolholders firmly against the spindle so that accuracy is maintained. Search for Tormach tooling system for a better description of how the toolholders

    seat against the spindle for repeatability.
