My first and probably last Dragonforce song I'll do on Mario Paint. I wish I could've done this all in just 1 MPC window, but there are just too many parts to cover. And finally, sorry about the sound quality, I blame Youtube. :D
And it's safe to say I'm through with Mario Paint for a good while now.
I'm going to go ahead and try to clear a couple things up so hopefully you won't have to ask these questions.
Q: How do you get the tempo so high?
A: Edit the text file of the song, located in the Prefs folder. The digits at the end represent the tempo, just change it and save.
Q: What does the tempo read?
A: 1768 at the beginning, 1179 during the solo, and 2652 for most of the rest of the song. 884 at the end. It was determined mostly by a guess-and-check method.
Q: How did you get both windows playing at the same time, and why?
A: I used MacroMaker to simultaneously click both play buttons. I had to use two windows so I could have more than 5 notes per beat to cover all of the parts. It sometimes takes a few tries for the two windows to stay together.
Q: Where can I download the MP3?
A: http://tinyurl.com/68cgrh
I updated this again, this time with much better quality, the sound doesn't fade in and out as much. I also got rid of some of the gaps between transitions again and tried to fix the tempo problems with Audacity. :D
Q: At x:xx, it sounds messed up. Any chance you'll fix it?
A: I hate having to reupload videos to Youtube. I'll edit the audio file when I feel it's necessary, but I won't be reuploading the video.
