Double clean to catch with 24kg - awesome. I can do singles so I'll have to try doubles (might wear steel cap boots and knee pads).
Great set of exercises.

nice to see, not only some good movements, done correctly btw, but also lots of positive feedback, and no crazies posting about kb's being bad for your shoulders and back lol. good video, nice combo.

Thanks for the vid.

@MBodyStrength Dude, good Job. VERY IMPRESSIVE. Are you an RKC?. Just curious, not that it matters. You train like Mahler. Pavel teaches the clean to catch in 'Enter the KB.'

Advanced indeed
Great stuff.
Are these workouts supposed to be done in a circuit i.e Guerilla snatch 20 secs, then no rest and on to the clean and catch for 30, and rest at the end of one circuit of all the exercises.

@primalenergy no, for this workout you actually complete all sets of each exercise before moving onto the next exercise. You'll notice that each exercise is marked 'A', 'B', 'C', etc.... if it was a circuit, it would be A1, A2, A3, etc. Since the exercises are difficult, rest a little between sets, and 60-90 seconds between exercises
