STP 2000 AK style pistol

Me taking my first few shots out of a brand new I/O inc STP2000 pistol chambered in 7.62X39. This Pistol is neutered for CA compliance with a fixed magazine using a Bullet Button. The magazine can only accept 10 rounds but was added after purchasing it as a single shot pistol.

It was an absolute blast to shoot, the recoil looks worse in the video than it actually is. The sling helps A LOT, you can see that I rest my fat cheek on it just like a rifle-stock.

I also live in california, it is not illegal to use a rifle in california that has a pistol grip, provided that the gun does NOT have a detachable magazine, thus a mag-lock is used to fix the 10 round magazine in place where a tool (nail, bullet or other) is used to pop the mag release.

Have you ever shot this weapon without the pistol grip? I live in CA and it is illegal to own this weapon with pistol grip attached. Wondering f the rifle is worth owning if you can't have the grip. Thanks
