Good video but very time consuming and takes too many FF's to pull off. We don't always have eight guys to one hoseline.

the cleveland load works great for 3 man companies and its not at all time consuming.

What kind of Radio Does Your Department use? And are Those Motorola Commander Series mic's?

Nice video. Gives me a few good Ideas. I work on a 2 man engine crew so, I don't think the whole process is feasable for the department I work at to use do to our manpower issue. However It has great tactic and techniques and does look like it work with a few extra hands. Keep up the nice work.

You're right. This however is Austin FDs SOP/SOG. It works for them. We wouldn't use FDNY SOP/SOG, because it wouldn't work for us. If you use smaller companies,you obviously need to find another way. Does your truck or engine marry up with another company? That might be a way to increase the number of firefighters performing a task. Good videos though, and some interesting ideas.
