Michigan State University's Student Organic Farm provides teaching and research on Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Congratulation on taking the plunge and going Organic, if only the whole world would! I understood what the term organic farming meant when I realized that it was how my grandparents farmed from 1900 onwards - biologically not chemically.
