Bullamakanka - The Ballad of Doctor Who

I've managed to cobble this video together from no less than 4 different sources. It's about as good as it'll get. The first 18 seconds I couldn't find anywhere so a scan of the BBC re-issue is the first thing you'll see.

Very little information seems to be out there for this song. Bullamakanka is an Australian band which formed in 1978 and is still going. The best guess I have for this song is 1983 but it might be earlier.
