hey love the video, im in uni 2nd year at uwic, and wondering if the guys invovled ran a free running society or if they have any meets or days out as i would love to join in and learn. I have little competence at this stage but no fear and would be thankful for guidence and tips!!! cheers

hey mate, thanks for the comment, well me and the other guys in the video are part of Fluidity Freerun which is the leading free run team in wales. We run free running classes at a gym in pontypool, its ideal for beginers, if you want any info just drop me a message mate
